Task FCC_ECM_JIT_SYNCH Is Not Supporting Pool User Organization Mapping

Goal
Customer has a requirement where they want to assign a case to different Pool users. To achieve this functionality, we mapped Pool user to multiple Organization in kdd_review_owner_org. After running the FCC_ECM_JIT_SYNCH batch, the pool user are only mapped to their reporting org in kdd_review_owner_org and deleted all other organization mapping to pool users. Due to this assignee and Owner drop-downs are not populating the pool users.
It's a drawback while using this batch. Please provide a provision to handle the Organization mapping to the pool users.
