Symptoms

We are using OFSAA FCCM,ECM and Sanction Pack v8122.

Bank has identified security vulnerability due to special characters while creating the Case (Title/Description) of a case.
When the user is investigating the case/alert under narrative/comments section should suppose to restrict the special characters not to enter.

Special Characters are ::: +,<,>,",},{,\'
