High CPU Usage in BRM Due to Docgen (Doc ID 2939304.1)

Symptoms

Scenario:

In production environment, on executing docgen command, within few seconds the system CPU usage reaches 100% and no other operation can be performed on the whole server machine. The system is choked and even the unix terminal does not get connected. It is expected that executing docgen should not result in high CPU usage.

It is to be noted that docgen used to work fine.

Changes

Increased the CPU cores to 72 from 48.
