GLID Getting Impacted for Currency and Non Currency Resources Even If the Mapping is Present for Currency Only (Doc ID 2939327.1)

Scenario:

create charge offer to rate usage, impact currency resource (say 978) and 4 other non-currency resources, use a GLID (say 101) only for currency resource
create account with above charge offer
rate usage
check event_bal_impacts_t in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) database
see that GL_ID column is populated with 101 for all non-currency resources as well, along with the currency resource

What is the correct behavior? Should all non-currency resources' impacts show GL_ID as 101 or not?
