After installing several Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) patches, the following error occurs in Rate Management.

Steps To Replicate:

1. Rate Management User Interface (UI) works fine prior to applying below patches

33918437 LOG4J VULNERABILITIES ON OFSAA 8111 AND OFSAA 80950 VERSIONS.
34185850 STANDARD UPGRADE OF LIBRARIES FOR COMMON USAGE IN OFSAA JULY-2022
33995556 STANDARD UPGRADE OF LIBRARIES FOR COMMON USAGE IN OFSAA FROM V806X TO V809X - APRIL-2022
32951355 TFLT TRANSACTION FILTERING DEPLOYMENT IS FAILING
33505963  CVE-2015-4069 - SECURITY ISSUE FOR XMLSEC - OPENSAML

2. Clear webserver and client cache, redeploy.
3. Navigate to Rate Manager and it is showing blank.
