On : UIM 7.4.0.2.1 version, Business Interaction

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have observed that DI updated in BI Context cannot be search under the BI from GUI as well from API.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DeviceInterface Search should work in BI Context

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Update  the DI char second time in BI context and check the issue.
2) Search the DI from DI Search Page in BI Context by Chars
