Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Quantity reserved is not reflecting zero in SIM (Store Inventory Management) after transfer deletion in RMS (Retail Merchandising System)

We have created a transfer in RMS and before shipping, we have deleted the transfer in RMS

when we deleted, the SIM transfer is also deleted but QUANTITY_RESERVED is not coming to zero in SIM, whereas in RMS, QUANTITY_RESERVED comes to zero as expected after transfer deletion

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
QUANTITY_RESERVED should be zero in SIM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transfer in RMS
2. Approve
3. Before shipping in RMS delete the Transfer
4. Observe QUANTITY_RESERVED in both RMS and SIM for the store in each step
5. After deletion QUANTITY_RESERVED becomes zero in RMS but in SIM it is not reflected as zero
