Symptoms
In Argus Safety 8.4, user was loading the MedDRA dictionary via Argus Console -> Tools -> Dictionary Management -> Dictionary Loader screen. After clicking on "Load" button, user encountered the following error message -
The following files could not be located:

llt.asc
soc_hlgt.asc
hlgt_hlt.asc
pt.asc
hlt.asc
hlgt.asc
hlt_pt.asc
intl_ord.asc
smq_list.asc
smq_content.asc
soc.asc

smq_content.asc
However, the above files were available in the MedDRA dictionary zipped folder.
