Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.4.0, wrong value is populated for recordingNFId field in Call Data Record(CDR) files generated by RatedEventFormatter for 5G calls. Currently value populated is recordingNFId":37.

It is expected this field will be populated with instance ID (Charging Function(CHF) ID) in uuid format
