Goal

Is there any way to disable or not allow to reuse the soft deleted sub-event/sub-visit displayed when pressing 'Add Visit Page' button in RDC?

Example:

i. 4 Unplanned CRFs have been created using 'Add Visit Page' button and entered data in all these 4 unplanned CRFs/saved data.
e.g.: Original CRF: L1 and created : L1.1, L1.2,L1.3,L1.4 unplanned CRFs.
ii. Soft-deleted unplanned CRF L1.2
iii. Hit 'Add Visit Page' , selected L1 CRF,  'Sub-visit' still displays 2 (even though CRF was soft-deleted - see above step ii) and also 5 (as expected "max+1" e.g. : 4+1)
