The Memory Based Planner has error in the log as follows:

Cause: mrfgrq_flush_demands failed due to ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_DEMANDS_U1) violated

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: insert into msc_demands (plan_id,sr_instance_id,demand_id,last_update_ and was executed from the file .
