Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.2 version,

After Clinical One 22.4 upgrade, when attempting to perform a Clinical One data load,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Clinical One to version 22.4.
2. Attempt to submit a C1_MANUAL_DATA job from DMW.
3. Verify the job status.
