Huge Negative Charges Observed In Roaming Data Sessions (Doc ID 2940979.1)

Symptoms

Observed huge negative charges (returning money to the customers) for some random roaming data sessions.While repeating same scenario 20-30 times and then it might occur once.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Customer has resources that can be used in Roaming (resource id 3000055)
2.Customer starts data session in roaming and uses all available resources (there is lots of reauthorisations)
3.When resources are used, data session is being charged (EUR resource 978)
4.When user hits Roaming billshock limit (resource id 3000028), session is terminated and charged.
5.EURO charge is negative (-2441.2161EUR in this case) and Roaming resource moves into positive (1024000 in this case).
