Symptoms
On OFSAAI, when attempting to delete a user who is no longer active using User Maintenance delete option the following error is displayed:
ERROR
[1216] User is logged in. Cannot delete the user now.
on navigating to Enable user screen to clear the station, the link itself is not listed under the identity management main menu
Changes
Enabled SSO in the environment.
