PDC Job Dispatcher Causing DB Max Connections (Doc ID 2941506.1)

Goal

Pricing Design Center (PDC) Job Dispatcher causing database (DB) max connections where Job Dispatcher is not ending connections after making calls to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) DB.

Post application installation, this issue is seen with 2 managed servers running in cluster setup.  PDC server2 is running fine without any issues.  Max DB connection error (overloaded) is seen for PDC server1 managed server and issue is faced only in Pre-prod environment
