MSISDN And ACS_CUST_ID Tags Are Not Populated In EDRs (Doc ID 2941573.1)

In an environment with two SMS (Service Management System) nodes running in cluster mode, the following errors can be seen in ccsCDRLoader log:

ERROR: Unable to remove file (/global/CDR/CCS/logs/CDR-in/<HOSTNAME>_beVWARS-ID). Error returned (2: No such file or directory)

ERROR: Plugin 'FileWriterCDRLoaderPlugin' failed when flushing

Also, MSISDN and ACS_CUST_ID are missing from EDRs (Event Detail Record).
