Goal
On RMB v3.2.0.0.0, Rate Component Eligibility Criteria not working as expected
We are facing one issue on RMB environment for rate component eligibility criteria comparison.
This comparison is configured to compare SQI of transaction amount using >=, <=, >, < operators with at most 3 conditions in a criteria.
On affected environment, this criteria is not being evaluated correctly - even if the criteria is satisfied, the RC is not applied.
However, the same RC configurations work fine on another environment.
Earlier both environments were not in sync for patches, but now, both were updated with same patch level. But still issue is occurring to one environment only.
In the rate schedule, we even changed RC Type as 'Flat Charge' instead of 'Service Quantity' to get a flat charge. But still it is not working in the affected environment. This is working for any of the RC Type for the working environment.
Please advise if this might be for any specific setup or patch issue?
