Symptoms

Customer implementing OFSAA FCCM 8.1.2.0.0 version , KYC DI batch ran and KYC assessments are generated in the system.

When they run the Oracle_KYC_Event_Processing batch KYC to ECM, assessments are not promoted to cases.
