DMW Study Health Monitor is Still Showing the Old Study Name after Study Rename

Symptoms
On Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.3 version,
A study that was in Production Life Cycle has been renamed.
The Study Health Monitor (SHM) screen will show both the old and the updated study name.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a study and promote it to QC and Production lifecycle (or use an existing one) and load data, run Transformations and VCs.
2. Go to SHM page and check that the study name is displayed.
3. Rename the study.
4. Go to SHM page and refresh (force).
5. The new study name will appear, as well as the the original study name but with no data updates.
