Symptoms

Get the following error when generating E2B report:

Error No:402000609
Description Case 2023CLT010927 General error while creating ICSR report. Critical elements could not be created in the safetyreport using report_id: 1663.
The following error occurred: ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment
ARGUS_ESM.LOB_SAFETYREPORT_E2B by 128 in tablespace ESM_DATA_01. Stored Procedure: GENERATE_SAFETYREPORT See report details.

Steps: 

1. Login to Argus.
2. Open case
3. Regulatory Reports tab
4. Schedule a report
5. Click 'Final' to generate report
