Symptoms

Amendment does not start upon fallout trigger

Scenario is, the fallout has been raised but fallout is queued because there are open tasks, completing open tasks shall allow queued fallout to trigger.
Problem is when the user attempts to complete open tasks then it hits below mentioned issue making order to stuck.
