ECM | Attachments Size Limit On Send Email (Doc ID 2942802.1)

Goal

In ECM while sending email from case, we have noticed that even if total attachments size on email is less than 20MB, it doesn't allow.
Please confirm where functionality adds to attachment size. Please confirm so that we can advise users accordingly.
