How Is It Possible to Close an EG Transfer Type? (Doc ID 2942921.1)

Symptoms


When a user is trying to edit an EG transfer type, RMS prompts the user with the following message "Externally Generated Transfers cannot be fully modified on-line. Do you want to enter in View Mode with the ability to update the status to Closed?" If the user clicks in Yes, there is no visible option for the user to close the transfer.


Steps to Recreate
-----------------------

1. Create a Transfer in and external system (for example SIM)
2. Validate if the transfer is in RMS as TSF_TYPE 'EG'
3. Manage the transfer through front end in edit mode
4. RMS prompts the following message
"Externally Generated Transfers cannot be fully modified on-line. Do you want to enter in View Mode with the ability to update the status to Closed?"
5. Press 'Yes'
6. There is no option to close the transfer.
