Goal

FCCM BD and ECM 812 - Issues in accessing Events in ECM

Customer has the alerts from third party and they don't have data in cust_arc or acct_arc because of this they do not have details in underlying fcc_event_entity_map table. They only

have data in external_entity_arc and fcc_external_entity_evnt. As there are no records in fcc_event_entity_map table, events are not visible in ECM case details page.
