Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When setting Synchronization to generate an email when a job "completes with warnings" or "completes with errors", an email is not generated if the overall job status has a status of "complete".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Setting Synchronization to generate emails for jobs that complete with warnings or errors should cause the email to be sent regardless of the overall job status.
