Got Stuck Thread In Weblogic While Running Kyc Batch (Doc ID 2943518.1)

Goal

We are doing UAT for kyc daily batch that inscludes cs batch & kyc batch. That time we got 167 customers who had high risk score and going to be created KYC case.

We found that KYC PTC job is completed and even all job in kyc daily batch are completed however start workflow process is still running.The issue is when start workflow process were running a user also went to ECM UI to do case investigation. He picked up a case to take action (the case he picked up is one of 167 KYC Cases) and it caused a stuck thread in WL.

Could you give us recommendation for this situation. Should we run kyc daily batch and case investigation together?
