Symptoms

When attempting to download and open in Excel format (.xlsx) any UDR Report the following error occurs. The issue does not occur when the output format is xls.

ERROR

Excel cannot open the file 'report.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Log in to the environment,
2.  Go to Reports,
3.  Run a user-defined report,
4.  Extract the Excel Format,
5.  The following error occurs:
