Weblogic Error During Patch Post Installation Step "Redeploy The Ear File" (Doc ID 2943872.1)

Symptoms

Customer is facing issue while performing the post installation steps for Pricing Design Center (PDC) <Patch 35060933>. As per the readme file, there is a post install step "Redeploy the ear file" and below steps are to be followed to update the application admin console:

On Step 7, below error is thrown on the console:

 Error Unable to access the selected application.
 Error oracle.adf.library.webapp.ResourceServlet
 Error oracle.adf.library.webapp.ResourceServlet
 Error oracle.adf.library.webapp.ResourceServlet
