Error 'System Error: Unable To Send RFQ' When Opening RFQ to Suppliers (Doc ID 2944049.1)

Symptoms

While opening RFQ to suppliers below error is observed.

Error

System error: Unable to send RFQ

Steps

  1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
  2. Create a Sourcing Project PRJ00001
  3. Click Item tab --> Add P00003 in Items
  4. Click on Quote drop down --> Click Create
  5. RFQ00001 is created
  6. Click Responses tab --> Select P00003 row --> Click Add drop down --> Click on Supplier
  7. Add TestSupplier1 (Non-Web Supplier)
  8. Click Change Status drop down --> Click Open
  9. Error "System error: Unable to send RFQ" is observed.
