SMS GUI Not Working (Doc ID 2944088.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC-3C) 6.0.1, when trying to open Service Management Server (SMS) Graphical User Interface (GUI), sms.jnlp file is downloaded fine to local computer, but it fails when trying to load the application.

The below error is seen when pressing "Details" button and going to Exception tab:

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. open internet browser on local computer

2. go to following address: http://<IPADDRESS1>/sms.jnlp
