Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute TF job under Jobs in EDQ

Step 2 : Check if the job is completed without fail.

Issue Encountered :

User encountered below error in edq

SEVERE: 21-Mar-2023 12:01:09: [EDQ-06951] error opening resource Lookup Keyword Stop Phrase
com.datanomic.director.resource.rt.RuntimeResourceException: Error opening staged data lookup 'Stoplist - Keywords' as it contains no data (Code: 231,523)
