Related Alerts Not Displaying For CS Alerts (Doc ID 2944244.1)

Steps to Reproduce :

Step 1 : Login to CS Application

Step 2 : Navigate to an Alert which has already has a previous alert.

Step 3 : Open the Alert and Navigate to top left hand corner and click on Related Alerts

Step 4 : Screen opens but details not visible.

Expected behavior : 

Related Alerts should display data since the customer has previous alerts

Issue Encountered :

[15-03-23 07:08:36,880 GMT AM] [ERROR] [WEB] [UMM] [NA] [LOGGER] ORA-01722: invalid number
