Goal

The following validation error is being returned on the cases when performing the ICSR Validations:

G.k.1
Value of G.k.1[DRUGCHARACTERIZATION] should be 1 or 3 at least in one DRUG block

This occurs when 'Drug Not Administered' checkbox is checked under Products Tab and no other suspect product having this box not checked is in the case.
