Unable To Use Buttons On Case Search List (Doc ID 2944313.1)

Goal

Even though the case is owned by the user and while in case list, trying to Take Action/Assign/Add Evidence,
the following error appears:
"You have only read-access to the case type on the selected cases. No action can be taken on these cases."
