Goal

we are doing a pack on pack upgrade. Installing the ECM 811 version and would like to know what value should we use for EXECUTE_PRE_AND_POST_SCRIPTS" parameter . it should be 0 or 1.
Current ECM version is 8.0.7.3.1.
Upgrading ECM from 8.0.7.3.1. to 8.1.1.
And also on what basis the value for EXECUTE_PRE_AND_POST_SCRIPTS parameter defined
