Symptoms

When attempting to close the supply\demand screen in Planners Workbench, the following error occurs:

ORA-03123: operation would block FRM-40735: CLOSE_WINDOW trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open MRP Workbench

Nav: Material Planner Responsibility -> MRP -> Workbench

2. Click "Supply" or "Demand" or "Supply and Demand" button

3. Click "Find". Supply\Demand details will be displayed.

4. Click "Close" Icon ('X' icon on right top corner).

5. The error dialog pops up.
