Not Able To Trigger Execution of FTP Process After Upgrading to 8.0.6 on Linux 8 (Doc ID 2944678.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to FTP 8.0.6, you cannot execute any FTP Processes and no logs are getting generated.

When you run the FTP Process using the Command Line format, the following error is output:

Unable to get database details from ofsextsms, so exiting

Logs are getting generated for other applications like PFT allocations and they process successfully.  The issue only exists for FTP Processes.
