User Configuration Report does not fetch the Category 10 list values for the users

The administrator report ‘User Configuration Report’ does not fetch the "Category 10" field data values in the output of the report. The users have setup the Category 10 attribute values, but the report shows empty cells for Category 10 list values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Report should show Category 10 value

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input value for Category 10 attribute for a user
2. Run User Configuration Report
