Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Import spreadsheet of PSRs did not import [Number] value correctly following RUP 21 update

Our business uses an import spreadsheet to create Complaint objects in Agile PLM every week. They have been using the same template spreadsheet reliably in 9.3.6.16 environment. After upgrade to RUP 21, when they performed the Complaint import, the [Number] value did not appear correctly in Agile PLM.

If value of affected column is formatted to text instead of formula, value is imported correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should have populated with a dash in the number, as "CE-12345". It populated without the dash, as "CE12345".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create excel spread sheet
2. add formula to one cell and make sure answer contains a "-"
3. After file is imported, dash is removed from value
