Symptoms

The SentToInForm/SentToClinicalOne Tag is incorrectly retained when discrepancy is in Answered State

The Answered Queries do not have a Tag AnsweredByUserResponse (if a user uses the action Answer) or AnsweredByDataChange(if a data change occurred in the source system).

Example: For manual open Queries in DMW with action 'Sent to Clinical One' and state 'Answered', they do not have the expected Tag and they are not working as mentioned in the configuration files. Instead, they have Tag "Sent to ClinicalOne".
