CHGOFF REVERSE Posting Giving Error Message on Incorrect Account Number (Doc ID 2944829.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CHGOFF_REV giving an error message for incorrect account number.

User is attempting to reverse the CHGOFF transaction by clicking the Reverse button under the Transactions tab for loan# Number; however, when they click Ok to post the transaction and error message referencing loan "Transaction failed to Post in Account number Error: Transaction CHGOFF not allowed for condition DO_NOT_CANCEL_RESCIND (SYS-SYS-SYS-TXN-000624) (SYS-SYS-SYS-TXN-002049)"

This seems to be a bug since there is no reason for the application to check other loans for the Owner when the only Cancelled account is being reinstated.
