ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After PS25 patch deployment New Error Message is Blocking Normal Refunds

User is trying to refund $25.00 payment. However, the application is throwing a validation error even though the controls and totals match for that payment under the Payment Maintenance screen.


 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to post the payment refund without any error message from paymentus.
