Symptoms

In RPM(Retail Price Management) When Multiple users trying to access Maintain Promo screen is taking significant amount of time in opening.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login into RPM application
2. Navigated to Price Changes/Promotions >> Maintain promotion or Maintain promotion screen.
