Goal

For an old study which was closed (locked and frozen) in 2018, database needs to be unfrozen to load the updated data.

Batch validation job will need to be run. Expectation is that no changes should be done to the TMS dictionary coding values in other DCI's.

Is there is any way to turn of TMS dictionary updates, when batch validation is run?
