On : 11.3.1.10 version, Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following an upgrade from v11.2 to v11.3.1.13, the Cost Basis Details Inquiry Screen is no longer returning results.
Values are provided on the Values tab however the Detail provided in the other 2 Detail tabs is empty.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expects that all Values are provided on the Values Details tab.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. From the Dashboard, select the Inquiry menu.
3. Select the Cost Basis Detail Inquiry.

The issue has the following business impact:
Production Environment
The issue occurs every time (consistently)
The expected functionality has worked previously
No workaround available
Upgraded from v11.2 to v11.1.13
