OIC Integration No Longer Updating Line Items Working After Upgrade to Unifier 21 (Doc ID 2945358.1)

When attempting to update records via OIC integration, the following error occurs.

Unifier BP Line Items update failed for Records

The same integration worked before the upgrade from version 18 to 21.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Update a record in Unifier to trigger the OIC integration
  2. The integration should update the record back
  3. Check that the integration is successful in OIC
  4. Notice that the record is not updated in Unifier
