Release date showing wrong dates and unable to enter release date after not before date of PO.

Release date showing wrong dates and unable to enter release date after not before date of PO.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Release date should show correct dates and able to enter release date after not before date of PO.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order number with Not before and Not after as below for future.
2. Enable default release date to YES.
3. Create Standard allocation using above PO as source.

Issue 1
System is showing wrong dates.
Actual Date shows between current date and not before date
Expected Date must be between not before date and not after date of PO.

Issue 2
Actual System is not allowing to enter date after not before date but before not after date
Expected System should allow release date to be between not before date and not after date.
