Symptoms
Issue encountered with the self service dictionary load (Console > Tools > Dictionary Management > Dictionary Loader) where the screen is greyed out and status seems to be stuck.
The status is 'ZIP File uploaded, but not processed' and has not changed even after 2 days of initiating the dictionary load.
