Symptoms
Lock timer does not work when hitting back button for an assigned CS alert
Requirement :
The enhancement request is to include a new timer variable that, in similar way to the existing one, releases the alert by updating the owner column with
the alerts table after whatever established expiration time. This way the alerts will be at any analysts disposition within the hub without explicit manual intervention form the Senior Supervisor.
