Duplication Of Allocation Quantity If Allocation is Approved in Different Browsers (Doc ID 2946166.1)

Symptoms

If the same allocation is opened in different browsers for approval, duplicate data gets inserted.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open same allocation in different browsers for approval (example: Chrome and Firefox).
  2. Approve in one browser (Firefox) .
  3. On the Chrome browser previously opened, try to approve the allocation from there.
  4. Now verify data in ALC tables, and ITEM_LOC_SOH. Note tsf_reserved_qty and tsf_expected_qty value is double than expected.
